Mission Statement: Shirley Charles Foundation (SCF) is a non-profit organization established in 2011 to enrich the lives of low-income individuals by providing needed community services in the Greater Dallas Metroplex, Navarro County, and other areas in Texas.

We have been blessed to serve 3,626 families in the last quarter (12.2024-02.2025) just through our community giveaway events. Thank you to Walmart, our other community partners and volunteers for making this happen!
